Meet Our Team
Owner Ivan Blanchard established our company as a small home-based business in 1991. Over the years we’ve grown into a highly reputable business located in prime downtown Corner Brook. Despite a growing team, Ivan still enjoys going out into the field and offering one-on-one service to our clients.
Our other technicians include:
Faren Blanchard – Faren has been with Blanchard’s Heating and Cooling since 1993. He enjoys service work, but his passion is installation. He takes great pride in seeing the installation process from beginning to end; he also enjoys getting to know our clients and ensuring their complete satisfaction with our work.
Edward Griffin – Edward has been with Blanchard’s since 2007. He enjoys being able to diagnose your heating or cooling unit’s problem and providing you with the relief of knowing that it can be repaired.

Donna Blanchard - Donna joined Blanchard's team in 1991 and is our Office Manager and Salesperson.
Christina Penney - Christina has been with Blanchard's since 2010. She handles our dispatch, HVAC-R parts, and Accounts Payable.
Tracy Tucker-Spurrell - Tracy has been with Blanchard's since 2015 and oversees our Accounts Receivable.
